- Art Preparation -
No charge for copy set in our standard typestyles or if camera-ready art
is furnished. If additional art is needed such as logos, trademarks,
special style lettering, borders, etc., add $45.00, initial order
only.

Material - .010", .015" and .020" white gloss vinyl plastic.
.010" furnished if not specified.

Size - 2 9/16" x 4".

Color - Any standard color. Stock artwork cannot be changed and
will be printed in the same color as customer imprint.

Color Match - $39.00 each. We cannot guarantee perfect color
matches.

Copy/Design Changes - $25.00 for each change per color
affected. Item and colors must be the same and copy must be received at
one time. Each change must be in multiples of 125.

Production Time - 10 to 12 working days after approval of proof,
if required. Expedited service
available.

Production Method - Screen printing.
