• Production Time
  Normal production time for most products is three to four weeks. Rush service is available.  However, certain products are available at at a faster turnaround time and is marked also in some cases on the web.
     

• Payment Terms
  You can make the payment by check, money order, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa. We do accept Purchase Orders from Major Corporations, Government. Please fax us at 516-656-0668 your purchase order.
   

• Prices
  Prices are per piece based on quantity ordered. Normally, prices include a one color one location imprint. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Please call our office for verification.
   

• Minimum Order
  Less than minimum quantities are available for some products. Call our office for additional details and charges.
   

• Overruns / Under runs
  Due to imprinting process, quantity shipped over or under 10% of the quantity ordered and billed accordingly.
   

• Shipping
  Prices do not include shipping charges. All products are shipped F. O. B. factory. Freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
   

• Imprint
  Except where noted otherwise, prices include your custom design in one standard color imprinted in one imprint area. Please call our office for additional charges for two or more color imprints, PMS color matches or imprint on more than one area. Please send camera ready artwork (at exact size unless required otherwise) with your order. You can email the art to us also at info@adsources.com 
   

• Artwork
  Camera-ready artwork is any professionally prepared black and white rendering of your logo, emblem, line art or copy. Photocopies or fax copies are not acceptable. If you don't have camera ready art, our art department can prepare your artwork, please email / fax or call for quotation.
    

• Logos on Samples
  Logos shown on different products on our site are for display only. Companies don't  necessarily endorse those products.
